Auto Injury Assessment

You’re hurt. Your life has been changed since your accident. We understand that even a fender bender can cause pain and hardship. Our goal is to help ease your pain, regain your mobility, and help you recover. We pay special attention to injuries unique to car accidents. Let us help you get the care you deserve.

In Minnesota, No-Fault Insurance covers 100% of healthcare services related to an accident, wage loss, mileage reimbursement and replacement services. And, you have the right to choose the doctor or clinic you want to treat your injuries. The clinic you choose does make a difference! Your rates cannot go up based on receiving chiropractic or medical care for your injuries.

Cultural Chiropractic will offer a no-charge consultation on your injuries to see if treatment is necessary. If treatment is necessary, a complete medical history and detailed exam will be performed followed by a report of findings and treatment recommendations. The care plan for motor vehicle related injuries usually consists of chiropractic adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation, moist heat application, therapeutic massage and inter-segmental spinal traction.

Worker’s Compensation Care

If you are injured at work come see us at Cultural Chiropractic! We can fill out all the claim forms and process your claim. If you need time off work due to injuries sustained, we can communicate with your employer so they know your intention is to return to work as soon as you can safely do your job.

A number of worker’s compensation studies have shown chiropractic care to be superior to medical care in the treatment of on-the-job back injuries. Chiropractors have been able to get their patients out of pain and back to work faster and with lower treatment costs.

Massage Therapy

We offer the benefits of massage therapy in the care of many of our patients. Massage is a term that covers a vast array of different manual soft-tissue techniques, from the basic massage strokes of effleurage (a deep or gentle stroking), pettrissage (a kneading movement), and tapotement (a tapping movement), to the more advanced techniques of trigger point therapy, myofascial release and Swedish massage. Our massage therapists have been properly trained in many different techniques. Some types of massage provide a general short-term feeling of relaxation, while others are designed to have longer-term therapeutic effects. The health benefits of massage include muscle relaxation, improved flexibility, reduced pain and better circulation.

Nutrition Services

Good nutrition is the foundation of good health, and most Americans are walking around undernourished, dehydrated and lacking vital nutrients and trace elements in their body every day. Did you know it’s possible to feel physically full but starving nutritionally? The doctors of Cultural Chiropractic use a systemic and scientific method of evaluating nutritional health, that when combined with professional training and clinical experience can provide a clear picture of the vitamins and supplements that may greatly benefit our patient’s overall health. Conditions such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraines, PMS, constipation, chronic pain and many others may well respond well to changes in diet, lifestyle, and the introduction of proper nutritional supplements into the body. Not all supplements are created the equal, so it is important to purchase your supplements from a trusted natural healthcare provider.

Home Care

Throughout our years of practice we have noticed that after traumatic injuries (such those sustained in motor vehicle accidents or work-related mishaps), patients often have trouble making appointments when they need it most…in the beginning. With auto accidents, the patient more than likely lost transportation and on top of that, is in very acute pain. It occurred to the doctors of Cultural Chiropractic that to offer the best care possible, we could go to them. This is how our home care practice got started. Not all patients are eligible for home care. This service is provided on an individual case-by-case basis. When possible, we prefer to provide care in the traditional clinic setting.
